1. Terms of Service

By purchasing and enrolling in the Belt Like a Broadway Star course, you agree to the following:

Access to course materials (videos, audio tracks, and guides) is for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course content without permission is prohibited.
Enrollment grants you a non-transferable license to use the materials. You may not resell or publicly distribute any content.
The course does not establish a private teacher–student coaching relationship. It is a self-guided digital program.
All payments must be completed in full before access is granted.

The Belt Like a Broadway Star course provides professional training tools and exercises based on evidence-based vocal pedagogy and Broadway-level standards.
Results vary for each individual and depend on practice habits, vocal health, effort, and consistency.
The studio and coach do not guarantee specific results such as booking a Broadway show, securing auditions, or achieving specific vocal outcomes.
The course is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice or individualized vocal therapy.
Students are responsible for monitoring their own vocal health and discontinuing exercises if discomfort occurs. For persistent vocal concerns, consult a licensed medical professional.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this program, there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once enrollment is completed.
Access to course materials is delivered immediately upon purchase, and therefore cannot be returned.
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.

Enrollment in the Belt Like a Broadway Star course includes access to a private community group.

Purpose: The group provides a supportive space for students to connect, ask questions, and access bonus materials such as drop-in voice lessons posted by the studio.
Access: Group access is granted to enrolled students only and may not be shared with non-members.
Participation: Students are encouraged to engage respectfully. Spam, solicitation, or disrespectful behavior will result in removal without refund.
Availability of Drop-In Lessons: Drop-in voice lessons posted in the community group are provided at the discretion of the studio and are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. These are considered bonus resources, not part of the paid curriculum.
Removal Policy: Golden Voice Studios reserves the right to revoke group access at any time if community standards are not upheld.
