Audition Conflict & Rescheduling Policy

As an active Broadway performer, auditions are a vital part of my professional schedule. To maintain both my commitments as a coach and my responsibilities as a working artist, the following policy applies to all private coaching sessions:

Audition Conflicts

• In rare cases, a scheduled audition may overlap with a student’s lesson time.
   

• If this occurs, I will notify the student immediately upon receiving audition details.
   

Rescheduling Procedures

• Any lesson affected by an audition conflict will be rescheduled within 7 days of the original date whenever possible.
   

• Students will be offered at least two alternative time options for their rescheduled lesson.
   

• Lessons affected by auditions are rescheduled, not refunded.
   

Frequency

• Audition conflicts are expected to be minimal and will not exceed one reschedule per student per month.
   

Student Flexibility

• Students are expected to remain flexible with these rare adjustments, understanding that my active audition schedule ensures that coaching remains aligned with current Broadway standards and industry expectations.
